THIS YEAR THE YEAR 6 TEACHERS ARE MR AGNEW AND MR MAKEPEACE. WE ARE ALSO LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE MRS BUTCHER AND MRS. BLAIR SUPPORTING YEAR 6.

Year 6 – a place where a raft of learning experiences lie in wait for you.

Take a hot air balloon journey over Yorkshire and explore what the county has to offer; go back in time and find out about the Kings of the Queens of the past; and while you’re there, why not discover why the Vikings chose to raid the coastline of the U.K. Be prepared to journey around the circulatory system and see what the roles of the heart, blood and blood vessels are in keeping our bodies healthy. There are also ample opportunities to be a bright spark as you discover more about light and electricity. If that’s not enough for you then get on your P.E. kits and learn the skills of invasion games, gymnastics and athletics. Still want more in Year 6? Well, we offer Art, DT, French and more...There is a learning experience for ALL!
