Welcome to Year 6!
 

Year 6 – a place where a raft of learning experiences lie in wait for you. Join our team of Mr Agnew, Mr Makepeace, Mrs  Butcher, Mrs Salkeld, Mrs Harbowska, Mrs Potts and Ms Brandon.

Take a hot air balloon journey over Yorkshire and explore what the county has to offer; go back in time and find out about the Kings of the Queens of the past; and while you’re there, why not discover why the Vikings chose to raid the coastline of the U.K. Be prepared to journey around the circulatory system and see what the roles of the heart, blood and blood vessels are in keeping our bodies healthy. There are also ample opportunities to be a bright spark as you discover more about light and electricity. If that’s not enough for you then get on your P.E. kits every Monday and Thursday and learn the skills of invasion games, gymnastics and athletics. Still want more in Year 6?
